ICCLR Collaboration Workflow
- Submission of Collaboration Initiative
Prospective partners propose an initiative outlining the intended form of collaboration. - Review and Evaluation
The ICCLR team evaluates the proposal for alignment with ICCLR’s research focus, academic standards, and strategic priorities. - Discussion and Agreement
Technical discussions are conducted to define the scope of activities, roles, and mutual contributions. - Formal Documentation
Approved collaborations are formalized through official institutional documents in accordance with applicable regulations. - Implementation and Evaluation
Collaborative activities are implemented and periodically evaluated to ensure quality and impact.
Initial Consultation (Optional)
Prospective partners who wish to explore the relevance of their ideas or seek clarification before submitting a formal proposal may request an initial consultation.
This preliminary discussion is intended to support alignment of research themes, collaboration formats, and strategic objectives.

Initiate a Formal Collaboration
After the initial consultation (if required), prospective partners are invited to submit their collaboration proposal through the official ICCLR collaboration form.
